Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

Location could be better.

I wanted to give ten but they sell water in a very expensive price, 2$ for each bottle and there’s no water dispenser

Hotel is clean and near to amenities.

Probably can have a minibar fridge in the sunshine room and the aircon need to be service or change for some of the rooms. As aircon in one of the rooms booked is not cold.

I like the location. It’s just walking distance to ferry terminal. No need to order taxi or any. Just walk. At night of Saturday, it’s just so near walking distance to the Gonggong area. Night market and walking street is so happening.

My room 508. The aircond took very very long time to cool the room. Perhaps the room is too big and aircond is not strong enough.

Our ferry at 7am in the morning. They accepted my request to pack the breakfast for 19 of us before 5 45am. Thanks

The only dislike was our coach can’t stop at the hotel cause of narrow road and hv to walk a distance

Rooms and staffs are friendly and helpful

No minibar in the sunshine room. And the floors are not really wheelchair friendly. There is a lift but once reached the room level u need to take a few steps down to get to the room.

All in all we had a good stay , but ! After eating fish and chips i got since 4 days heavy diarrhea, fever, stomic cramps. So i dont advice to eat that. The nasi goreng was very good

The room was ok, only the there’s no view as I was on the lower floor. Breakfast was average.

There are no mini fridge and coffee making facilities.

The aircond is not function well. Its pretty warm inside the room even if we maximize into the loweat temperature of the aircond but still its not really cold. Plus they mentioned that the room is complete with fridge but there no one inside the room.

The hotel has a good concept of Night And Day, and I like how they incorporate the concept into tiny details everywhere. The staff is extremely friendly but they weren’t as friendly to Indonesian I realised. Nonetheless, service was great. Clean enough and basic necessities like slippers, toothbrushes, towels and 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash were provided. Breakfasts were different over the two days we stayed. Though there wasn’t a water boiler in our room, staff helped us when we requested for hot water with no extra charges. Room service food and beverages were pretty affordable. Lounge area provides free flow of water, sometimes tea. We could place our luggage at the counter after check-out too. Though we only stayed for two nights, our bedsheets and pillow casings were changed after one night, towels were changed too!

If they could invest in hair dryer and water boiler, that would be superb!

Hotel is walkable from the jetty and it’s close to the local markets. Bed is comfy and there is more than 50 TV channels. The sound system at the sky lounge is not bad

The water heater seems to have some temperature problem and there isn’t a mini fridge.

The room is cleaned & hotel is at nice location. Only walking distance from ferry terminal.

We can access internet for awhile only. Disconnected many times. Every time we have to type password to access internet. It’s very troublesome. Hotel should improve breakfast.
